We invited people who have a challenge in one of the following areas \u2013 sleep, digestion, pain, mood and who were open to exploring alternative tools in managing these challenges to work with selected samples for 5 days. We created a private Facebook and Instagram page where we offered support and education around using the oils and how they work, and the feedback has been incredible!

\u201chad really positive experiences so far with Lavender and Serenity Soft gels x feel more rested in the mornings. Love my routine at night with Lavender in cupped hands and deep breathing\u201d

\u201c2I used the Adaptive oil on my feet, neck and chest alongside the [serenity] soft gels and I felt so relaxed like it took over me, the smell was divine and I just laid here feeling sleepier and sleepier whilst being relaxed with no stress or worries\u201d
\u201cI found it quite soothing too [Deep Blue] painwise as my knee needs replacing obviously wont take the pain away but certainly comforting enough at bedtime to forget it for a while\u201d
\u201clast night at bedtime I used this rub [Deep Blue] on my ankles and knees. I could feel it resonating immediately\u201d
\u201cmy daughter has been complaining of a tummy ache… I\u2019ve been giving her a gentle tummy massage with diluted ZenGest and she\u2019s found it really comforting\u201d
