About

Hi, I’m Ellen! I am a Reiki Master and Sound Healer. I’m also a Mum, managing health conditions and a busy brain. I work with Mother Nature to help create a healing space for calm, relaxation and for women to reconnect back to themselves, away from the other roles they play in life.

I am an accredited member of the IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) and have completed certifications accredited by the CMA (complementary Medical Association).

My Mission

To help people take time to reconnect to themselves using nature as the inspiration.
We all lead such busy lives and more and more we are seeing the negative impact of this. My mission and purpose is to hold safe spaces for people to have time for themselves.

My Values

I believe that we are all worthy of nurturing and nourishing our soul. That is why I support all members of our LGBTQ+ community.
I value playfulness and creativity – I love dancing in the rain and making nature art.
Nature is my teacher and inspiration, I am grateful to be able to share this with you.
